Taxi Pal Driver (operated by Moonbow) respects your privacy. This app is for taxi drivers and office owners in the West Bank. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it.

Data We Collect

• Name and phone number: to create your driver or office account, verify it via an SMS one-time code (OTP), and connect you with trips.
• Location (GPS): your location is shared with your office and customers while you are on duty, including while the app runs in the background, so nearby trips can be assigned to you and customers can track their ride in real time. Location is collected only while you enable on-duty mode.
• Trip history: we keep details of your trips (pickup, destination, status) to display them in your account history.
• Technical & analytics data: we use Google Firebase and Google Analytics for diagnostics and usage statistics to improve performance, and to send notifications.

How We Use Your Data

• Assign trips to you and connect you with customers and your office.
• Show your location on the map to the office and customers while on duty.
• Let office owners manage their drivers and monitor activity.
• Improve the app and fix issues.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with parties necessary for the service: the taxi office you work for, customers linked to your trips (who see your location and name during the trip), and technical providers (Google Firebase) to operate the app.

Data Protection

Your data is transmitted and stored over encrypted connections (HTTPS), with reasonable security measures in place.

Your Rights — Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time within the app (account settings). Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems.

Children

This app is for adult drivers and office owners, and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top.
